These are opportunities needed over the school year either month-to-month or based on school breaks.

Someone to come each Wednesday to support children in PE with movement and following directions.

Support needed to fill Friday Folders and help children get packed up for the weekend.

We are asking each family to sign up for at least one week from both semesters to help wash our laundry. Please choose the weeks that work best for your schedule. Thank you!

We are looking for parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, or other special people in your child's life to be a Mystery Reader every Friday afternoon in our classroom this year!

• Mystery Readers will arrive to the school Friday afternoon at 2:30pm on your chosen date.
• Please bring 2-3 books with you to read to the class.
• Check in at the Office and let them know "I am the mystery reader for the Meadow Room". They"ll give us a call and when we're ready for you, we will walk down with your student who will escort you to our classroom.
• You will receive an email from [email protected] asking for 5-7 clues about yourself the week before your chosen date.
• The following week, we will give the children one clue a day about who you are and see if they can narrow down who the Mystery Reader is that week!

This is such a fun experience for the children because it shows what they know about the people in their lives without being told exactly who it could be. They are always very excited when they figure out who it is too. If you can help it, please don't spoil the surprise to your child.

We hope to have you as a Mystery Reader in our classroom!

**Note: If you'd like to be a mystery reader but can only stop by Friday mornings, please email us with your preferred date and time and we will make it work! Afternoons are preferred as children can be sad to see their family member leave, but we want everyone to have the opportunity to be a Mystery Reader in our classroom!
