Can I change my days or weeks? 

Date changes are based on availability.  We are not able to change weeks.

 

Do I get a refund if my child is absent due to illness? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as we have already pre planned for the staff, activities, and snacks, etc.

 

Do I have to complete all of the forms as I did some of them for the school year? Yes, all forms must be completed in their entirety, as this is to comply with licensing regulations.

 

Do I have to complete a new set of registration forms for each Summer Program session?

No, only one set of registration forms is required for the entire Summer Program.

 

Does the non-refundable deposit of $150 go towards tuition? No, the deposit holds your spot, and covers the cost of activities that are provided for the children.

 

What if my child does not have an Infinite Campus account?

You will pay over the phone via credit card. This applies to all children who are not currently enrolled in a Jeffco Public School yet, even if you intend to be in a Jeffco Public School in the 2024-25 school year. 

If my child does not turn 3 until after the Summer Program has begun is that ok to sign them up? Yes, they may attend once they turn 3.  For example if your child turns 3 on June 14th they would be able to attend on June 14th or after.  

 

Will there be Before or After Care for Summer Program? No, unfortunately we are not able to offer before and after care due to continued staffing challenges.

 

Do you have to attend Compass to be able to attend the Summer Program? No, our program is open to the greater community.

 

What time is the drop off and pick up window for the Summer Program? Drop off is 8:00-8:15 AM and pick up is 3:45-4:00 PM.
