*This form is for the Pre-Season Cheer Camp Only. You will ALSO be required to register for the cheer season.

Cheer Pre-Season Summer Conditioning Session: It is highly recommended that your child attend the camp before the season. This is a great time to prepare for the season.

WHEN: The Summer session runs August 4 - August 8 from 1pm - 3pm at the Golden Campus.

*Cheer summer session fee includes a cheer camp T-shirt and your pom poms.

***REGISTRATION NOTES***

FORMS: You are required to submit an up to date copy of your child's physical (must be current within one year of the start of the camp). You can use our form or submit your physical that states the child is cleared to play sports.

LIABILITY: By submitting this camp registration form, you also acknowledge that participation in this camp requires stunts and tumbling activities, which could cause injury. You agree to not hold Compass Montessori or it's staff/coaches liable for any injuries, should they occur. You accept that the sport is risky and there could be injuries, even though our staff take the greatest of care to insure that the athletes are safe.

REMINDER: YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PHYSICAL SUBMITTED BEFORE YOU CAN ATTEND THE SUMMER CAMP!
