Parents and Guardians should be familiar with that policy, and can read more about that in our Family Student Handbook, and on Jeffco's website.

 

Prearranged Absence: To report a Pre-arranged absence, please complete the 2024-25 Pre-Arranged Absence Form

 

Absent or Tardy: To report your child absent or tardy, please use the following Attendance & Tardy Forms. (The online form(s) below are the preferred method for reporting absences and tardies.)

Parents/guardians must report absences before 8:30 AM. 

If a student is tardy, parents/guardians must report the tardy to give the school more information about the tardy. 

 

Please include the following: When you call the attendance line, and leave a message for your child's tardy or absence, please include the following: 

 

Student's Name

Classroom

Parent's Name & Phone Number

If your child is sick, please include a detailed explanation of their symptoms. 

 

Please wait 24 hours before returning to school if your child is:

• Vomiting
• Has a fever without the use of medication. 

(Example: If they vomit on Tuesday night at 8PM, they cannot come back to school until Thursday.)
