Attendance & Clinic

 

 

Attendance, Tardy, Early Release & Extended Absences - If your student is absent, tardy, leaving early or planning extended absences, please complete the appropriate forms below. We do not have an attendance phone line, so please use these forms to report absences, tardies, early releases and planned absences.

 

 

Parents/guardians must report absences before 8:30 AM. 

If a student is tardy, parents/guardians must report the tardy to give the school more information about the tardy. 

 

 

Please wait 24 hours before returning to school if your child is:

• Vomiting
• Has a fever without the use of medication. 

(Example: If they vomit on Tuesday night at 8PM, they cannot come back to school until Thursday.)
