The Compass Board of Directors consists of five elected officials who ensure Compass Montessori is meeting the mission of providing an authentic Montessori education and adhering to Jeffco and state regulations. The Compass Board establishes the rules and policies that govern the school.

The Compass Board is responsible for hiring, evaluating, and ensuring our Executive Director upholds their responsibilities; reviewing established policies regularly; approving the school budget and bills, and establishing spending priorities; developing instructional philosophies and goals; and evaluating the school’s effectiveness.

All in our school community are encouraged and welcome to join the monthly Compass School Board meetings.
