What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

The most inspiring thing about working at Compass is getting to share 3 years with so many students (and even more years with many colleagues).  The growth that happens is extraordinary, and I feel very lucky to observe adolescents stepping into adulthood.
