2026 FALL Flag Football Middle School Registration

Once the registration form is filled in, you will be required to submit your fee payment and then your child will be officially registered and added to the master player roster. Each Compass sport requires a new registration form to filled out and submitted with payment.

COMPASS PROOF OF PHYSICAL FORM: You must use the Compass form for proof of physical or one from your doctor. You can print THIS COMPASS FORM and have your child's doctor sign and return. You can then upload the signed copy to this registration form in the section below. The ONLY accepted forms are the Compass form or the Doctor's form, which clearly states that your child is healthy enough to participate in sports/activities. Your child will not be able to participate without a proof of physical.
