Attendance & Clinic

 

 

Attendance, Tardy, Early Release & Extended Absences - If your student is absent, tardy, leaving early or planning extended absences, please complete the appropriate forms. These forms will always be on the homepage of our website, and are the preferred method for notifying the school.  

 

• Wheat Ridge Campus Attendance, Tardy & Early Release Form 
• Wheat Ridge Campus Extended Absence Form (one or more full days absent)
• Golden Campus Attendance, Tardy & Early Release Form 
• Golden Campus Extended Absence Form (one or more full days absent)

 

 

Parents/guardians must report absences before 8:30 AM. 

If a student is tardy, parents/guardians must report the tardy to give the school more information about the tardy. 

 

Please include the following: When you call the attendance line, and leave a message for your child's tardy or absence, please include the following: 

 

Student's Name

Classroom

Parent's Name & Phone Number

If your child is sick, please include a detailed explanation of their symptoms. 

 

Please wait 24 hours before returning to school if your child is:

• Vomiting
• Has a fever without the use of medication. 

(Example: If they vomit on Tuesday night at 8PM, they cannot come back to school until Thursday.)
