Register & Pay here.

Once the registration form is filled in, you will be required to submit your fee payment and then your child will be officially registered and added to the master player roster. Each student will be required a new registration form to filled out and submitted with payment. Students will NOT be able to practice until they are registered and the required forms are submitted.

***OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES***

In addition to this registration and fee payment form, you are required to submit a recent copy of your child's physical (must be current within one year of the start of the season), and the Athletics Release form. The jersey you receive for the season is YOUR responsibility and should be cared for as such. Jerseys should be washed and returned at the end of the season unless you plan to purchase it. Any missing jerseys will be charged.
